Who is eligible to enter?
- Any government, non-profit or educational institution
- Any private sector company
- Any broadcast or print news organization or freelance professional
- International agencies
- Collaborative projects involving any of the above
You do not have to be a NACAA member to enter.
What can I enter?
Any educational materials, program, news or feature story or series, and any collaborative work produced during the past calendar year. (2009 Awards for Work between January 1 and December 31, 2008).
You can enter as much as you like; there is no limit.
- Broadcast Television/Radio (Submit on CD, only)
- Print (brochures, newsletters, reports, articles, etc.)
- Program (educational programs, town meetings, consumer fairs and the like, using multi-media)
How will the entries be judged?
The competition is judged by eligibility and entry categories. Judges will look at the quality of text and design, effectiveness of message, accuracy and usefulness of information, creativity, value to the community, needed changes and program results. For media entries, judges will also look at depth and balance of coverage.
How do I enter?
Download the ACE Award Entry Form.
For each entry, submit one copy of the entry form and related materials. Entries must be received prior to the deadline listed on the entry form.

When and where will the awards be given?
The Annual ACE Awards Luncheon is held each year in conjuction with the NACAA Annual Meeting. See entry form for specific date and location.
